Had a great couple of days, managed to hand slice 150 kilo’s of venison and invented 2 new snacks Ground Venison Curry Stick ( mmmmm not sure bout the name though lol) and Lewis and Clark Venison Trail Mix, venison jerky made using the orgional maricade recipe that was used on the Lewis and Clark expedition to explore  western american in 18** ( the date eludes me this very second ), mixed with cranberries, blue berries and other native american fruit, nuts etc and then smoked.
