The Lincolnshire Poacher is a unique and singular jerky in that its made using my own spice mix for our home-made Lincolnshire Pork sausages, I wondered how it would work as a dry rub for jerky and we were really pleased with the result so we've decided to make it a regular flavour, we're pretty sure you'll like it as much as we do
