This is one of my favourite jerky's that Martin does, it's simply awesomely moreish! The wine gives it a beautifully rich taste and there’s a hint of pepper. This jerky has a very hard consistency for maximum chewyness and coupled with these delicious flavours, is a Grade A jerky... more addictive than smack! ;oP
